You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is packaged and dropped off at the post office. If you do not receive your tracking number, please send us an email!
All our sweatshirts are intended to be oversized, if you want more fitted, we recommend ordering a size down. You can check out the product's images for more specific sizing measurements.
If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay the shipping cost to resend your order. If you choose not to pay for the additional shipping, you will receive a refund for your order, minus the original shipping cost and a service/restocking fee of $10. Refunds will be issued as a gift card.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase, as we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.
